Confined Space Entry
Confined spaces are not always small spaces but there are usually access issues. If you have a confined space job with either suspended access or the possibility of a complex rescue we can help. With our experienced crew and specialized equipment cairns rope access can perform a multitude of tasks in some of the most hostile environments.

As a follow up to the initial job cairns rope access was contracted to conduct a photographical survey of all 32 points where the supporting beams intersect with the concrete walls this was quite a large task as it had to be undertaken via industrial aid climbing techniques in a very inhospitable environment which if not carefully planed cold have result in some very difficult rescue scenarios.

To facilitate rapid shift changes we setup tensioned lines.This also increased the safety margins as exhaustion was a potential risk.
